Product clean air flow

The fan inhales the air from the top of the FFU, and through the primary effect filter and high efficiency filter,
 the filtered clean air is sent to the clean shed at a constant speed of 0.45m/s+20% wind speed on the entire
outlet surface. The flow sharing layer is formed, so that the clean air flow is vertical one-way flow, so as to ensure
the cleanliness required in the working area.
