operating rooms) and other applications (such as air purifiers, vacuum bag precipitators and masks). Today,

1. Features:
It is mainly used for purifying air conditioning system and the end filtration of some purification equipment. 
The outer frame is: sandwich wood, galvanized plate, aluminum profile, stainless steel plate; Filter material: 
glass fiber material. In the filter of this construction mode, the filter material is made into a multi-fold type, 
forming a ventilation airflow channel, increasing the filter material area and air supply volume, and reducing 
the resistance of air supply; It has the advantages of compact structure, low resistance, large dust capacity, 
good uniformity of wind speed, good general use and convenient device.

2. Applicable Conditions:

Temperature: -20~~90℃; Humidity: Paper partition ≤85%, aluminum partition ≤95%, slightly acidic and alkaline
 air filtration.

3. Application period:

Under the conditions of additional air volume, a new filter needs to be replaced after 1 to 1 and a half years; Or
 when the resistance of the filter reaches more than 600Pa, a new filter needs to be replaced; If there is no 
filter above F8 before the high efficiency filter as a pre-filter, the service life cycle will be greatly reduced.

4. Use precautions:

Regularly check whether there is debris blocking on the air inlet surface of the filter and whether there is 
damage on the surface of the filter material; If any object obstructs the appearance, it should be removed; 
Filter material appearance damage is severe, it is necessary to plug the leak; If the appearance of damage can 
not be repaired, it is necessary to replace a new filter; When the high efficiency air filter is installed, it is 
necessary to ensure the tightness of the pressing edge of the frame to avoid air leakage; Do not use heavy 
objects to touch the appearance of the filter, do not force to pull the filter material appearance of the filter; 
When installing, the pressure at the border near the filter should be uniform; Ensure that the filter with more 
than F8 power is used as a pre-filter to maintain the high efficiency filter.
