CRAC clean junior high efficiency filter helps us improve

The Tula plant wholly owned by Great Wall Motors in Russia was officially completed and put into operation
on June 5, 2019. This project mainly involves the replacement of automobile spray paint, paint, room paint,
fog filter and junior high school filter. After using the paint mist filter of CRACpurification, the initial
electroplating inner frame filter and the medium effect bag filter, the external air is filtered through the
primary filter and sent to the roof by the fan, and then filtered through the top filter and purified again into
the room. The air in the room adopts the full drop type, and flows downward at the speed of 0.2-0.3m/s, so
that the paint mist particles after painting can not stay in the air, and is discharged directly through the
bottom outlet, so as to ensure the clean working environment of the paint room. Looking forward to the next

After signing the contract, the production and delivery, the on-site installation is guided by the Zhou worker,
and the installation is completed in 5 days. Please have a high evaluation of Changrui's products and services
after passing the third party test. The outer frame of the product uses ABS plastic frame, aluminum frame,
galvanized frame, and the filter material is glass fiber and human fiber, which has good purification effect and
greatly improves the qualified rate of the automobile factory.
